About these terms
These terms govern your use of IceShore Radar (the “Service”), including its website and social media posts. The Service is operated by Launchers Co., Ltd. (“we”). Use of the IceShore product is governed by the IceShore Terms of Service.
How stories are produced
Stories and images on the Service are produced by AI from their sources. Before publishing, they pass AI and automated checks. No person reads stories before they are published. We correct errors when we find them.
Accuracy
We work to be accurate, but errors may remain. Stories are provided for information only and are not technical or business advice. Please check the original sources before making decisions. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of our stories or of linked information. If you spot an error, please tell us at support@iceshore.ai.
Rights and quotation
Rights in the text and images of our stories belong to us or to their rightful owners. Copyright in each photo belongs to its photographer or other rights holder, and we use each photo under the license shown with it.
You may link to our stories freely and quote their text with attribution, within the limits permitted by copyright law. For any other reuse, please contact support@iceshore.ai.
Removal requests
If you hold rights in material used on the Service, or you appear in one of our photos, please send a removal request to support@iceshore.ai. We will remove the material promptly.
Personal data
The Service does not require registration. Analytics data is handled under the IceShore Privacy Statement.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute relating to the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will note the date on this page. (Effective October 28, 2026)
