Microsoft Research shows PDD Kit, a research tool to prove AI code meets its spec

Microsoft Research introduced PDD Kit, which turns a developer's intent into a formal specification and mathematically proves that code from an AI agent meets it for every input. In a trial on the login logic of a roughly 5,000-line sample web store, it also found bugs that were already there. Where proofs fall short, it uses ordinary tests.
